Moving Mountains is looking for a Winter Seasonal Shuttle Driver to join our team for the winter season. This is more than just a driving job—you'll be one of the first and last people our guests interact with during their Moving Mountains experience.
You'll safely transport guests to and from predetermined locations, help with luggage and equipment, answer questions, and provide the friendly, professional service that our guests expect.

What You'll Do
*Safely transport passengers to and from predetermined locations.
*Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain pleasant conversation with guests.
*Answer guest questions politely and assist with directions and local information.
*Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and other belongings.
*Safely operate company shuttles and Suburbans in winter mountain conditions.
*Complete regular vehicle safety checks before and after each day's runs.
*Keep vehicles clean, organized, fueled, and guest-ready at the end of each shift.
*Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance needs, accidents, or major mechanical issues to management, the dispatcher, or technician.
*Perform minor vehicle repairs when appropriate and within your capabilities.
*Follow all traffic laws, company driving standards, assigned routes, and operating procedures.
*Understand and follow daily shuttle driver procedures.
*Work independently while maintaining communication and coordination with the team.
*Assist with other operational duties as assigned, which may include snow shoveling.
*Represent Moving Mountains with a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
What We're Looking For
*Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that can be maintained throughout employment.
*High school diploma/GED, related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Previous driving, hospitality, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus.
*Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to Moving Mountains standards.
*Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Personable and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
*Positive attitude and a willingness to solve problems.
*Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions and established procedures.
*Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
*Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and varying hours.
*Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work outdoors and drive safely in snow, ice, and changing mountain weather conditions.
*Commitment to maintaining complete uniform compliance and professional appearance.
Physical Requirements
This position is active and requires working both inside and outside in winter conditions. You must be able to:
*Frequently stand and walk.
*Get in and out of shuttle buses and Suburbans throughout the day.
*Load and unload guest luggage, equipment, and other items.
*Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
*Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb, and balance as needed.
*Walk safely on icy and slippery surfaces.
*Work continually in changing outdoor weather conditions.
*Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
*Meet the visual requirements necessary to safely operate a vehicle.
