The team at Wharncliffe Family Dental located in London, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 36-40 hours per week
  • Days of the week 5-6 Monday to Friday, every other Saturday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • No experience necessary!
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered considered but not an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
