Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairsEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenancePerform turnaround maintenanceLawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as neededCare & maintenance of the swimming poolPaintingAdditional responsibilities as directed

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

3-4 years of previous maintenance experience requiredFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work well as a teamMust pass background checkMust have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.Compensation:

$27.00 - $30.00/Hour - Salary negotiable based on experience, qualifications & licensing
