About Digs Dog Care

Green Beagle Lodge is looking for a Full-Time Lodge Liaison to join our team! This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, taking great photos, writing thoughtful client updates, and helping pet parents feel connected to their dogs while they're away from home.

As our Lodge Liaison, you'll serve as the communication bridge between our Pet Care team and our clients. From capturing adorable moments throughout the day to sending personalized boarding updates and managing our social media presence, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional client experience.

At Green Beagle Lodge, we believe in building strong teams and a positive company culture to maintain a clean, green, safe, and fun environment for both pets and staff. This position combines customer service, communication, creativity, and animal care into a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

All team members complete a structured orientation and industry-specific training program, followed by hands-on experience designed to build confidence in dog handling, client communication, and company standards.

Green Beagle Lodge is part of Digs Dog Care, a premium dog care company offering DayPlay, Overnight Stays, Grooming, and Training across multiple locations nationwide. We're built on a simple belief: every pup deserves to feel safe, loved, and at home — and every team member plays a real role in making that happen. Our shared ownership program means employees don't just work here, they have a stake in it.

  • Ensure all written communication is professional, friendly, and grammatically accurate.
  • Maintain organized communication records and complete daily outreach assignments.
