About the Role

Corus Health is seeking an organized and dependable Hospice Scheduling Coordinator to support our clinical team in Albuquerque. In this role, you will coordinate schedules for hospice clinicians to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate care. This position plays a key role in connecting patients, families, and clinicians by keeping schedules accurate and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for hospice clinicians.
  • Assign visits based on physician orders, patient needs, and plan of care.
  • Enter and update visit schedules in EMR or scheduling systems.
  • Communicate with clinicians and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor schedules and adjust for high call volume and same-day changes.
  • Serve as a communication hub for clinicians, patients, and families.
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior healthcare scheduling experience required (home health or hospice strongly preferred).
  • Experience with EMR or scheduling platforms such as MyUnity, Homecare Homebase, or MatrixCare preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm, detail-oriented problem solver with strong customer service skills.
