The Specialty Cook will prepare food for the flights of several of our airline clients.

Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule - including afternoons, week-ends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• Ability to speak, read and understand English
• They must be able to cook in an international/production environment and prepare hot

bulk food for various airlines.

• They must have at least 3 years cooking experience in a restaurant or production

environment;

• In addition, must have the ability to read and follow recipes/specs.
• Must have knowledge of a specific type of culinary cuisine or various type of international

cuisines.
