Job Description
H2 Health Kids is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our pediatric therapy clinic as Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, fostering a positive team culture, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
As Clinic Director, you'll combine your clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting a team of dedicated therapists while helping drive clinic growth, operational success, and exceptional patient care. We're looking for someone who is passionate about both serving patients and helping teams thrive.
Please note: Candidates must be a licensed SLP, OT, or PT to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance
- Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes
- Support front office and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards
- Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts
- Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
- Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
- Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable
Requirements
- Active OT, PT, or SLP license (or license eligible)
- Strong healthcare leadership experience with the ability to oversee clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing staffing, clinic growth, and financial performance preferred
- Pediatric outpatient experience, including therapy (OT/PT/ST) and ABA services, preferred
- Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday-Friday
