Day shift LPN/RN in Blaine, Minnesota at All About Caring Home Care LLC

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 4 year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case:

• 4 year old with history of brain injury.
• Nurse would also be responsible for attending school with this client.
• Proposed schedule:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - flexible
• Client lives in Blaine with his family.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Experience:

- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients

- RN or LPN Minnesota License

- Ability to build rapport with patients

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
