The Research & Development Analyst will conduct research, analyze data, and support innovation initiatives by translating complex information into meaningful business insights. This role requires collaboration with technical and business teams to develop solutions that improve products, processes, and strategic outcomes.
- Design and execute research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and quantitative data analysis.
- Collect, organize, and analyze complex datasets to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
- Perform data exploration and research activities independently and collaboratively to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop analytical models, metrics, and insights that support business and product decisions.
- Interpret research findings and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and research project outcomes to measure effectiveness.
- Support business planning, market strategy, and product development initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, industry developments, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other business teams to align research activities with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with external research partners and agencies when required.

The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, experience with research and analytics, and the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–3 years of experience in research analysis, market research, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience using statistical software and analytical tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly through written reports, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques, machine learning applications, SQL, or database management is a plus.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Additional certifications or advanced education in research, analytics, business, or related fields are advantageous.
