HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN in Las Vegas, Nevada at A-1 Mechanical & Electric

We are a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor looking for HVAC Service Technicians for light commercial & residential repairs.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and/or troubleshooting malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem
• Locate & diagnose any problems, assessing the extent of repairs on all makes and models of HVAC equipment
• Describe the diagnosis and repair options to the customer
• Complete all required documentation on services and explain guarantees/warranties.
• They are responsible for collecting all required paperwork and delivering it to the office
• Responsible for writing estimates for repairs and presenting to customers for onsite repair work.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service
• All candidates must be at least 24 years old for fleet vehicle insurance
• EPA Certificate and Valid NV Driver's License
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with ServiceTitan
• Candidates possessing their OSHA 10 certification will get additional consideration
• Good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills

Salary - $35.00 - $45.00 DOE
