As an ESOP company, every employee plays a role in our success and shares in the results of the work we do.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Design Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by coordinating the design, creation, and execution of customer-facing and internal marketing initiatives. Project Coordination & Execution

Lead the coordination, development, and execution of external marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including digital and print.

Develop ideas to help keep content fresh, engaging, and dynamic.

Brand Consistency

Adapt designs to align with business needs, budget, and brand requirements.

Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with DCS brand guidelines and positioning.

Other Duties

Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
