Position Summary: As a Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll bring a positive, professional attitude and strong product knowledge to support our account managers and help grow customer relationships. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist Responsibilities: 

  • Develop fresh, engaging email outreach campaigns to generate leads and stimulate interest
  • Schedule and participate in discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support customer growth and retention
  • Track and manage pipeline activity within the CRM platform
  • Attend select events for relationship-building and brand representation
  • Leverage platform expertise to build tailored customer-facing assets and proposals
  • Provide documentation support for Sales & Customer Success initiatives
  • Experiment with new formats, hooks, and digital strategies to capture attention

Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist Associate Requirements: 

  • Must work in-office, 8 hours/day
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of computers, PC applications, internet browsers, and Microsoft 365
  • Cold-calling, prospecting, and event attendance experience a plus
