Collects copayments and deductibles at the time of service. Works closely with financial counseling to ensure appropriate financial arrangements and authorizations are obtained. Obtains appropriate "reason for visit"/ICD-10 coding documentation from physician's office of Advanced Beneficiary Notice signatures as prescribed by Medicare.
