Physician Recruiter at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

The position is assigned the responsibility of directing physician and allied health professionals’ recruitment efforts for the Willis Knighton Health System. Also acts as a liaison between hospital administration, physicians, and hospital departments. The Recruitment Coordinator promotes and supports the WKHS vision, mission and values, while demonstrating the ability to translate the organizational vision, mission and values into daily actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare recruitment experience required
• Must possess knowledge, understanding and acumen of healthcare recruiting and healthcare operations.
• Must exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment and flexibility.
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment and multi-tasking.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to travel when needed.
• Must be efficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
