As a Restaurant Manager, you are key to our business. You will be responsible to maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency, and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a General Manager include; Motivating the team to complete the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and maximizing productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A Restaurant Manager is required to have 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment.
