* Minimum 5+ Years of In-Field HVAC Experience Required *

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to install, service, and maintain heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering excellent work.

• Install new HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings

• Install ductwork, thermostats, and controls

• Perform routine system maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

• Repair and replace components as needed

• Maintain parts inventory and request replacements as necessary

• Follow all company and industry safety procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• HVAC technical training or apprenticeship required

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of in-field HVAC experience required

Skills

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with HVAC testing equipment and hand/power tools

• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to work in varying temperature environments

• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders for extended periods

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
