RN- PAT at South County Hospital – Wakefield, Rhode Island

Assesses/interviews patients either by telephone or in person. Assesses each patient and develops a nursing care plan. Initiates a teaching plan for each patient. Graduate of an Accredited School or College of Nursing, Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact or pending, minimum 2 years RN experience, and successful completetion of BLS provider course within 2 years preferred. BLS from AHA and minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience required. BSN preferred.
