Job Title: Client Travel Representative
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Client Travel Representative to join our remote customer care team. This role is responsible for supporting clients throughout their travel journey, from initial inquiries and bookings to post-travel follow-up. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist with travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities

  • Process itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed

  • Provide accurate information on travel regulations, destination requirements, and itinerary options

  • Maintain client profiles and preferences to personalize each travel experience

  • Monitor potential travel disruptions and provide proactive support and solutions

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgets, and company procedures

  • Coordinate with internal travel advisors, agents, and service providers to deliver seamless experiences

  • Document all interactions and updates in CRM and booking platforms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in customer service, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using travel booking systems (knowledge of GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo is a plus)

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems, online booking tools, and productivity software

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in Travel or Tourism is a plus
