ABOUT THE ADMIN ROLE

Greet clients and office visitors with a million-dollar smile

Scan tickets and receipts

Daily mail and UPS run and distribution

Answer phone calls and order office supplies

Restock office supplies and shelves as needed

Be a communication rockstar

Helping with daily incoming and outgoing shipments

Help keep the location clean and tidy

Assist the estimating and scheduling departments as needed

Take on Special Projects that will help our location Supply Happiness

As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
