Purchasing Support (Division 8 Doors/Frames) at Kinship Group LLC – Auburn, Washington

• Reviews purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.
• Selects, orders, or purchases material consistent with quality, quantity, and specification requirements.
• Uploads to ERP system procurement documents, such as purchase orders and acknowledgments.
• Communicates with vendors and/or PM in writing and orally to follow up on orders.
• Resolves discrepancies and questions regarding purchases with factory and/or PM.
• Works with Accounts Payable to problem solve and facilitate the processing of invoices.
• Attends virtual departmental meetings as required.
• Efficiently handles multiple tasks and projects, while meeting project specific deadlines.

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years Division 8 Door and Frame Experience
• Preferred Experience: Experience with Curries, Steelcraft and/or VT a plus

• Knowledge of Division 8 Doors and Frames
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Familiar with project management software
• Familiar with factory programs such as Curries Edge, Steelcraft OEW and VT Online
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
