Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager leads the company-wide marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital engagement, primarily within industrial and technical markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and brand objectives.
• Create and manage digital content across web, email, video, and social media platforms.
• Translate technical information into compelling marketing materials in collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Oversee website content, SEO, and brand consistency.
• Produce marketing collateral including case studies, brochures, white papers, and presentations.
• Plan and execute campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Manage external vendors for creative and digital services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and marketing tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong digital marketing and content development skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CMS (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent writing and project management abilities.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented.

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Physical requirements include sitting (60%), walking/standing (40%), and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
