JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Manage a staff of 20-30 employees
• Ensures Quality, Safety, and Satisfied Customer Experience
• Responsible for Hiring, Training, Supervising & Evaluating Staff
• Forecast labor needs and write schedules to align with needs
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance
• Track Inventory
• Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile cash accounts
• Point of Contact for Customer Service Complaints
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High School Education.

WORKING EXPERIENCE: Restaurant Management Experience Required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.

Reports to the District Manager.
