Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This leadership role is vital to ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, regulatory compliance, and a culture of excellence across our home health operations.

The ideal candidate is an inspiring clinical leader with a strong foundation in home health care, outstanding communication skills, and a dedication to patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of skilled nursing services in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Ensure all clinical documentation meets agency standards and regulatory guidelines

• Participate in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of nursing personnel

• Conduct case conferences, audits, and quality assurance activities

• Serve as a liaison between the administrative team, referral sources, physicians, and families

• Monitor infection control practices and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Remain current with industry best practices and ensure policies and procedures reflect those standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a home health care leadership or supervisory role

• In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and clinical standards

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation practices
