Desktop Support Analyst On SVMC at Southwestern Vermont Health Care – Bennington , Vermont

The PC Tech/Desktop Support Specialist, under direct supervision, is responsible for staffing the SVMC Information System's Helpdesk. In addition, this position is responsible for monitoring the Data Center and Meditech HIS for SVMC.

Associate's degree in computer science or related field required. Three years of PC system support experience in a mid-sized corporate environment required. Prior experience in a customer service position and/or with hospital information systems highly desired. A valid state driver's license is required. Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record check in accordance with SVHC insurance requirements.
