Job Description:

Peer Academic Coaches meet one-on-one with students to provide academic support through tutoring and coaching.

Tutoring - assist student with course-specific content, subject matter, course course-specific strategies.

Coaching - assist student with learning tools and habits, general academic skills and strategies, and resources.

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

Junior or Senior

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher or last two semester GPAs of 3.0 or higher

Comfortable working one-on-one with peers and understanding of students' need and abilities

Exhibit responsibility, accountability

Strong communication skills
