Preschool Teacher Assistant | Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Location: Little Rock, AR

Preschool Teacher Assistant: Monday-Friday, No Nights or Weekends

At ACCESS, you'll help preschoolers learn to communicate, play, share, and try new things, with a lead teacher and a team of therapists right beside you. It's a rewarding job where you see the difference you make by the end of the day.

Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Location: Little Rock, AR

What you'll do

• Work alongside a lead teacher to support daily classroom activities and routines
• Help children build early learning, social, and self-help skills
• Partner with our speech, OT, and PT therapists to support each child's development
• Keep the classroom safe, engaging, and welcoming

Experience with kids? You're already qualified.
Babysitting, nannying, volunteering, and daycare all count. No teaching degree needed. If you're patient, warm, and reliable, we'd like to meet you.
