Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with local codes and standards

- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions or leaks promptly and efficiently

- Install, modify, and upgrade fire sprinkler systems as needed

- Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed service records

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate service schedules and project requirements

- Stay updated on industry regulations, new technologies, and best practices related to fire sprinkler systems

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a fire sprinkler service technician or in a similar role

- Knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (NFPA, local regulations)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., NICET certification, state licensing) are preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
