- Make floors and surfaces shine. Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; dust furniture and equipment; wash walls, windows, ceilings, woodwork, and fixtures; and apply floor wax or sealers as appropriate.
- Care for the grounds. Clean walkways, parking lots, and steps daily. Keep hallways, outdoor areas, and garbage collection areas neat and free of accumulated trash.
- Keep supplies and repair needs on the radar. Notify your supervisor when materials or supplies are needed and report necessary repairs or concerns with building systems.
- Support daily operations. Assist with locking and unlocking buildings, moving office equipment, and setting up meeting spaces.
- Pitch in where needed. Complete other assigned duties that support KCDC’s mission and the care of our communities.
