Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Take and prepare orders accurately, including customized beverages
Serve coffee, beverages, and food items
Process cash and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Share customer feedback and ideas with management

Requirements

Previous customer service experience; barista experience is a plus
Flexible schedule and availability for various shifts
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and anticipate customer preferences
