Job Description

Bower's Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a passionate Plumbing Service Manager who thrives on empowering and developing our technicians and apprentices.

Job Description:
  • Motivate and train our technicians and apprentices to uphold our core values.
  • Drive excellent service through support of training and development programs and initiatives.
  • Support technicians in providing high-quality installs each and every time.
  • Line out projects and support technicians at the field level to ensure success.
  • Pursue personal growth and leadership development.
  • Partner with fellow managers to meet profitability goals.
  • Ensure adherence and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Possess and Maintain a Journeyman’s or Master’s License and proficiency in all plumbing tasks.
  • Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience and 3 years of management experience.
  • Excellent customer service and intercompany relationship skills.
  • Teach, train, and lead by example.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute.
