POSITION SUMMARY
- Performs and documents patient physical assessment to identify priority care needs, obtains a detailed medical history, identified patients at physiological and/or physiological risk. Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, orders tests and consults as required by plan of care. Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education
- Bachelor of science degree in medicine or Completion of a professional, physician assistant program

Minimum Experience- Preferred one year of medical experience from a similar setting.

Required Registration/License/Certification- BLS Certified within 90 days of hire , PA license

Preferred Education- MPAS , PA-C
-
Preferred Experience- 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.

Preferred Registration/License/Certification- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
