Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and actively listen to customers. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. * Empathetic and patient, with the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging customer situations. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. * Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required.
