About This Position
Laboratory Assistant
The primary role of this position is to assist medical technologist and medical laboratory technicians in their duties by providing support services, specimen preparation, and preanalytical examination of laboratory specimens.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Minimum of 60 hours college credit in a science curriculum.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
