Job Description
Director - Emergency Department
A Registered Nurse with the authority and accountability for management activities of an assigned unit(s). Assumes the role of leader to direct, plan and manage the department and staff to assure quality services are delivered on a 24 hour basis. Requirements: BSN, BLS, ACLS, current FL license, previous management experience, previous clincial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, ability to oersee financial and budgetary planning.
