POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager is a vital part of the HR leadership team, dedicated to ensuring that HR processes are compliant, innovative, and continuously improving. The primary goal is to exceed customer expectations and provide a person-centered approach across all facets of Human Resources.
Key responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, regulatory compliance, and talent acquisition. The HR Manager also collaborates closely with the HR Director to provide high-level employee relations and labor relation programs. This role is essential in ensuring that the organization's programs are competitive, compliant with regulations, and effectively communicated to employees. The HR Manager works with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s objectives and enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, the HR Manager oversees annual engagement surveys, performance appraisal processes, and regulatory processes related to personnel file compliance and audits.
REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Four years of professional level Human Resources experience.

HR related certification required within one year of employment.

2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Must be able to work independently, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking, and high reading comprehension are essential.
