Technical Recruiter – Proposal Team
IVA'AL Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be a pivotal member of a dynamic proposal recruiting team, strategically transitioning from one high-visibility program to the next, building teams that contribute to delivering a better world. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter that can be agile and innovative and passionate in recruiting.
What you'll get to do:
- Support our Cyber Security Business Operations Team with proposal requisitions responsible for staffing competitive proposals. CSBO covers: Cybersecurity, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Intelligence, Federal, Civilian and Defense Agencies, as well as emerging markets.
- Accountable for the all-pre-award staffing activity including key personnel identification and management, posting proposal requisitions, extending contingent offers and letters of intent, incumbent capture activities and day one staffing success.
- Responsible for liaising with market and business development leaders to ensure all proposals are being properly tracked, staffed, and prioritized.

- The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle pre-award recruiting activities as well as transition and day one staffing support.
- Our proposal recruiters serve as trusted advisors to the market recruiting teams to ensure a collaborative approach to staffing pre and post award.
- Our team executes comprehensive sourcing strategies to include optimization of sourcing technologies, social networking, recruitment marketing campaigns and innovative events.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Requires A Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years recruiting highly cleared talent
- Experience recruiting in the cleared market
- Experience working in a government contract environment recruiting full lifecycle for a variety of skill sets and clearances
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team while working with diverse teams handling many tasks simultaneously, often with strict deadlines.
- Experience supporting pre-award recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to exceed industry standards for hiring
- Experience with international hiring, including following local legalities and ensuring legal entities are established.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- Strong oral & written skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft, Paylocity)
