Coordinator Env Services Operations at North Kansas City Hospital – North Kansas City, Missouri

SUMMARY: The ES Coordinator serves in the role of an assistant department head in the primary areas of aseptic cleanliness for hospital complex and all campus buildings including Laundry and Linen services as well as Hazardous Waste. The coordinator will serve as primary operational leader for 1st and 3rd shifts with responsibilities including staffing, employee relations, quality outcomes, process improvement, employee satisfaction/recognition, payroll and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years supervisory experience with some multi-shift experience

EDUCATION: Required: Technical/Certificate - equivalent combination of professional certification & job experience.
