What We Need from You
UAG is looking for an experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and results driven.
Required Attributes & Skills
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a multifamily property accounting role or a multiple entity accounting role
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must understand and be able to interpret Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliations, Mortgage Statements, and Profit & Loss Statements
- Must possess excellent communication and organization skills
- Must have above average Excel skills (formulas, tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Must be willing to ask questions and ask for help
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Job functions necessitate sitting for long periods of time. This role requires the candidate to be able to use standard office equipment such as adding machine, computer, copy machine, and scanner.
