Avera is currently seeking a highly motivated Clinic Manager II.

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff . This will include areas such as nursing, athletic trainers, and medical assistants.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• RN degree preferred.
