A Halal Guys Team Member represents the front line hospitality of the restaurant, engaging with customers in various roles and points of contact, including order taking, plating, portioning, saucing, bagging, and cashiering. All work must be completed while ensuring that each guest receives outstanding hospitality in a friendly environment by constantly smiling, providing a quick acknowledgment and a warm genuine greeting, with solid menu knowledge and a sincere, gracious “thank you” at the completion of the interaction.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• SMILING all the time
• Excellent communication skills, Makes eye contact with our guests when speaking or being spoken to ? Has a hospitality FIRST focused attitude, being energetic and enthusiastic
• Assists in maintaining store cleanliness, organization and merchandising
• Adherence to all cash register operations (POS), policy/store standards
• Knowledgeable of all menu and product information
• Communicates guest requests to management.
• Ethical Conduct
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

• Maintains a professional, neat and clean appearance
• Ability to work under pressure – can handle a “rush” Strong time management skills
• Takes direction well
• Proper packing of guests’ orders & ensures that all supplies are included in the final packing

• Able to input Delivery orders, perfectly pack bags for delivery, manage delivery staff
