Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements of this position include regular use of a computer involving repetitive motions; regularly sitting for extended periods of time and occasionally transporting objects up to 25 lbs.

ShiftPrimarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; may require occasional work during evening or weekend hours based on Simulation Lab schedule.

Job SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator II position will support the responsibilities of the Simulation Center for UK HealthCare. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and Simulation Center staff to achieve enterprise mission and goals; facilitates the development of report and analytical requirements to meet identified business needs including dashboards, reports, modeling, etc. Delivers data in support of human capital strategy and decision making, utilizing ODB, financial reporting, and other systems as available.

Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesExperience in simulation center operations within an academic medical center.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperienceExperience in simulation center operations preferred.
