About This Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inspector to join our team in Texas, TX. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for conducting visual inspections, final inspections, and stamping of machined parts. You will also be responsible for conducting precision measuring, deburring, and document control. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fire alarms are in working order and that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a refinery or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in the use of precision measuring tools

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections, final inspections, and stamping of machined parts
  • Conduct precision measuring, deburring, and document control
  • Ensure that all fire alarms are in working order and that all safety protocols are followed
  • Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results

Skills:

As an Inspector, you will be using your skills in visual inspection, final inspection, stamping, precision measuring, and document control on a daily basis. You will also need to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and fire alarm systems. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications will be critical to ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, your proficiency in the use of precision measuring tools and experience with deburring of machined parts will be highly valued in this role.
