Job Overview:

We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate HVAC technicians who would like to be a part of an exciting growing company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. We need individuals with deep install experience to help us improve processes and procedures in a continuous improvement environment. You will be a key member of our install team responsible for removing gas furnaces, air conditioners and installing heat pump systems with high quality and superior customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heat pump systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a heat pump installer or similar role
• HVAC/R Red Seal (preferred), but also open to apprentices with field experience
• Gas Fitter B (preferred), but also open to apprentices with field experience
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time, Guaranteed Hours

Pay: $35 - $55 per hour
