What You’ll Do

• Manage client service calls from start to finish, ensuring clear communication.
• Assign and schedule service tickets for technicians based on location and availability.
• Keep customer databases accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Process invoices within 24-48 hours and assist with collections as needed.
• Participate in a mandatory on-call program when active in the role, with overtime opportunities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-3 years of experience dispatching technicians (roofing or construction preferred).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!
