About The Role

As Senior Business Operations Manager, you will drive organizational growth by managing change, leading projects, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your role involves improving processes, systems, and supply chain visibility, particularly in a retail or consumer products setting. You'll need strong experience in strategic planning and change management, with excellent communication skills essential for coordinating across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Assist in crafting business strategies that leverage the brand's strengths in innovation and design to capture new market segments in the U.S
  • Develop frameworks and operating models that support the organization's growth
  • Develop and implement innovative branding strategies to strengthen brand identity and market position
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes to support scalability and integration of innovative technologies
  • Standardize best practices across departments, ensuring alignment with the brand's commitment to quality and sustainability??
  • Collaborate with tech teams to enhance functionalities, ensuring the seamless adoption of new systems and processes
  • Coordinate and oversee all logistics related to runway shows, including venue selection, vendor management, and team coordination

Transformation Initiatives

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to drive transformation in the U.S. market, aligning with the brand's ethos of innovation and ethical practices
  • Lead change management initiatives, incorporating feedback mechanisms to adapt strategies as needed
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new regions for business expansion and assess market entry strategies
  • Develop detailed plans for entering new markets, including localized marketing strategies and operational adjustments

Experience Required

  • 3+ years experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Operations
  • 3+ years experience in top-tier consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to drive work planning and ensure quality output for yourself and others
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including ability to develop strategic insights
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required

Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 + bonus + equity (Actual salaries can vary depending on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies)
