CHMC –Physician Practice Management- Referral Coordinator – Full Time- Day Shift- 7:30a-4p– Requisition 7526

The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for the handling of all outgoing referrals for primary care and limited specialty offices. Tracks all referrals to ensure appointments are made and acts as a liaison between referring provider and specialty offices. Will communicate with referring provider’s office regarding any preauthorization that may be needed and appointment status. Will track and document patient records within CHMC EMR.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience in patient referrals and EMR Preferred.
