CREW MEMBER

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for energetic, upbeat, motivated individuals to help us establish a food landmark in the community of Rockford. Culver's is a brand built on making sure guests who choose Culver's leave happy, and our team members are our first and most important guests. This is a position that can fit whatever your needs and talents may be, and provides the opportunities to grow within our family into higher level positions. We will be hiring both back and front of house team members for all shifts from open (7am) to close (11pm). Promotion to supervisory positions or even franchise ownership will be available to those who have the desire to work towards them!

Compensation for adults over 18 years of age minimum $13 per hour up to $15 for those with experience or open availability. Compensation for 16 and 17 year olds starts at $10 dollars per hour up to $12.

Compensation for 14 and 15 year olds starts at $10 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
2. Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently.
3. Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
4. Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members and all other policies consistently.
5. Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request accurately.
6. Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of all others.
