| Job Summary | This position will complete the day-to-day administrative tasks for the VP of Health System Administration and the AVP/HR UKHC and other members of the EVPHA leadership team as assigned. This includes: developing PowerPoint presentations; typing correspondence; scheduling meetings; retaining records; maintaining a very busy calendar(s); coordinating all travel and meeting arrangements; assist with the daily operations of the EVPHA administration. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources. Ability to navigate a political environment. |
