Curbside Runner at Robinson FSU – Coraopolis, Pennsylvania

Overview:

At Chick-fil-A, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Curbside Runner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests who are using our curbside pickup option. Your friendly demeanor and efficiency will help create a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to guests' vehicles promptly and accurately.
• Verify the contents of each order before delivery.
• Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests.
• Keep the curbside pickup area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-line staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Attributes: Friendly, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Punctuality: Reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist with various tasks as needed.
