Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics, inspections, brake and tire work, engine repairs, and more.Diagnose and address technical issues using Mercedes-Benz guidelines and equipment.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor for accurate repair time estimates and to keep customers informed.Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards and policies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Continually update skills by attending workshops, certifications, and training provided by Mercedes-Benz.
Qualifications:Previous automotive technician experience is preferred; Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience is a plus.ASE certifications (or equivalent) are preferred.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willingness to learn and keep up with changing automotive technology.
